Is what the gatewaypundit put out incorrect in the facts that they stated? If all you can do is attack the messenger and not the message, it merely shows you can't debate the argument. The other article I posted was just re-posted news articles over the past 50 years about what the "consensus of scientists" were claiming in regards to the climate and how their doomsday prophesies failed to live up to expectations.

I picked one at random. It was the claim about Arctic ice vanishing in X years.

Well, the truth of the matter is that we didn't start measuring that until 1979 and the measurements since are worrisome.

The amount of summer sea ice in the Arctic has been steadily shrinking over the past few decades because of man-made global warming, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and NASA.

The trend is obvious. Even if the earliest models were not good enough due to a lack of data, this is not good and that article is cherry picking to the extreme.
