I just didn't think any of the characters were likable or entertaining enough. The driving force was weak. There wasn't some real big antagonist like Tenpenny or a goal to progress towards like taking over Vice City.
Say what you want about IV, but its story was head and shoulders above V's.
And RDR2 is miles better than any other story Rockstar's put out.
