If you want to lose weight you absolutely shouldn't starve yourself though. Start a regular exercise routine and cut out junk food, while also ensuring you eat three properly proportioned meals a day. Literally everyone will move towards a healthier weight by doing that, and anyone who claims they can't is lying.

I cant. I barely gain weight as it is. And I cant really afford to lose any...
