So many things that should've been ruled on or considered, but weren't. Course, with the threat of appeals breathing down his neck it's no surprise this mediation was called while he figure out how to play this. Yeah I called it. C'mon man. How long are you going to hold onto this. This is playing out exactly as was predicted months ago by the lawyers on Twitter that you also said weren't listening.
