It's their fault they didn't have a failover. Fuck them. I kept telling myself it would get better, but its been over six months and they dont have their shit together yet. Theyre a smaller security company that can handle smaller office buildings, but this building is massive and is in the middle of multi million dollar renovations, and they cant handle it. The only reason they still have the contract is because one of the head ladies likes them and is blind to all the issues. But winter is on its way and thats when we face the most problems.
