I mean I could understand nailing somebody for that fee if you're on the other side of town for it or something and if it was going to the driver to pay for their gas. But 3-4 blocks away? That's bullshit. --- I'm not loyal to any company or brand, especially the Cult Of Houser(GTA games) or Sony(PS3/PS4/etc).
