Topic	Based President Trump tackles homelessness in California

Uhh...because they're cities? I looked at the link detailing the most conservative cities. Mesa, AZ has a homeless population of 3200, and roughly 500,000 people. Thats roughly 0.6% of the population. Los Angeles by comparison is at 1.5% Thats almost triple the rate. A fair question to wonder. It's also Los Angeles, one of the most popular cities not only in the U.S., but in the entire world.
