I wouldn't say it's reasonable to compensate nurses as much as physicians, but yes, I do agree that a lot of the disparity and disrespect is deeply rooted in sexism. Wish I'd gone into engineering, honestly this field sucks ass Yeah it's definitely not the astronomical knowledge and training gap. More than half of med students are female these days.
