Alleged child porn on a USB. Randy claims the porn was "barely legal".
Alleged Peacock parties. People in the industry have attended these parties Randy hosts at his house. These parties are magic act themed and 18+ only. Randy acts like a "big man" and it's one of those "You'll enjoy yourself whether you like it or not" type event.
Allegedly Stealing his employees bonuses and siphoning it to his own bank account. This definitely happened as proven from the statement of a man who signed the 2K deal. However, Randy owns the company so it's hard to sue or fire him for giving the bonuses to himself.
Alleged abuse of staff. And currently accused of Contempt in court. These are still completely up in the air as of right now.
Defrauding Sega for millions. No doubt this happened. Just look at Alien Colonial Marines and Battleborn.
I'm sure there's more that I've missed regarding Randy.
To clarify people found out that he mentioned the lost USB stick on a podcast with a magician who dresses like a dragon. Apparently it was a teen girl doing magic tricks with her vagina.
There was also the time he blatantly lied to a games journalist that he won the name Gearbox in a poker game against Gabe Newell and they had to call their company Valve.
