This definitely happened as proven from the statement of a man who signed the 2K deal. However, Randy owns the company so it's hard to sue or fire him for giving the bonuses to himself. Alleged abuse of staff. And currently accused of Contempt in court. These are still completely up in the air as of right now. Defrauding Sega for millions. No doubt this happened.
