Trailer looks good, not gonna lie. Though seeing all those extra shots of Biggs, Wedge and Jessie is giving me major unwelcome vibes of Hobbit-esque padding.

My issue is that I never would have had a problem if Aeris went the way of Tina and Butz and Atma Weapon or even my eponymous Master Pug, so long as the retranslation was an improvement. Aerith is not: it both looks and sounds inferior. Spelling / pronouncing it Aerisu in the English version would have been a much more acceptable alternative. It's still hard not to roll my eyes over seeing / hearing Aerith, if only because it's the lingering embodiment of that mid-2000's wave of Square and certain sects of its fandom caring more about being correct than being good / fun.
