Seems like if you cant afford school provided lunches you should probably do that. This didn't appear to be an issue of the students or (grand)parents not having enough money, but rather being told what they owed from last month's statement and then having the food confiscated because they didn't immediately bring a check the next day. Some school districts are worse than others, but I'm not surprised that an Ohio elementary school would be overly punitive like this. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
