Whisking the eggs beforehand gives better results. That has nothing to do with race. I'm black and that's how me and my family have always cooked scrambled eggs. That's how cooks/chefs do it as well. It all depends on how homogenized you want the yolk and eggwhite. Barely breaking the membrane and letting the yolk half-assedly mix in also has merit.
