Topic	Which of these two jobs sounds better? Would you choose?

Not the least because it's nearly impossible to get a 30% or 60% pay bump without jumping around. But you might be surprised at how much of your lifestyle preferences you can bring with you as well (more time off, etc). I changed companies within the last year.
