The pro-gun contol side has been "serious about debate" for a century. It's the anti-gun control side that pushes them away and says "It's too soon."
Because one side already knows where that debate is going to lead. nancy pelosi her self said she would round them all up if she could. swalwell is in for mass confiscations and imprisonment for non-compliance. pretty much every democratic politician running is in for AWB's on weapons that commit the least amount of gun deaths per year. they all want stop gap after stop gap after stop gap to make sure citizens have the hardest time possible to use their constitutional rights. california and new york pretty much shows that there is no end to actual gun control, when something happens, it doesnt even have to be in their own state and politicians can come flat out and say X law wouldnt have stopped this and yet they will still throw out more gun control. fucking hell australia implemented more after the las vegas shooting and it didnt even happen in their fucking country.
Sad that you care more about having your death stick without any laws on who can/can't have them more than you care about innocent people dying for no fucking reason. ---
