When my partner and I were looking to buy a house, she was fine either way but I was adament against it. Seven years later and I'm super, super happy that our house is just us. The extra money would never be worth the peace of mind and freedom. We have friends with a lot of shitty stories of getting screwed out of rent, maintenance work, etc. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
