One time I bought a game and found out it wouldn't arrive until like 2 weeks after the release, so I bought the game on the PSN store and they let me send the game back when it came for a full refund. Now netmarble and Baitian Technology...THEY have absolutely shitty customer service. Neither companies would give me a refund when their games fucked up. With netmarble their game glitched out and became permanently unplayable, and with BT they charged me THREE times for something I only bought once (the thing said "Connection time out, please try again"), and they still refused to refund me.
