Topic	Amazon's customer service is horrible

I remember not that long ago when people were saying they had the best customer service around. To be fair I think Amazon's "amazing customer service" just boils down to the fact that they'll typically replace lost packages no questions asked and this is still the case or at least it was 6 months ago.
