| Cleo_II 08/23/19 5:07:03 PM #5: | Had lunch today with some old coworkers who basically told me that clients dont like working with the person they promoted over me and sales are down. Then they promoted some other guy on the team who doesnt do shit all day, but is a great ass kisser. Now others on the team have really had enough and some are also looking to leave. They work their butts off and perform better but its all about who the director likes most. I believe there is some sexism at play because the director is male, and all the people he promotes are males. While the women work 2-3x harder and juggle more but are passed over because they dont golf or drink with him. So far hes promoted/converted 4 males and no females this year, and everyone is complaining all 4 of these guys are bad at their jobs (and I witnessed it) Really disappointing and affirms there isnt anything for me there. ...
