Topic	Trump thought he could use A$AP Ricky to pander to black voters

I'm just not going to pretend like Trump is the only person to ever pander to black voters. Are you really trying to pretend that helping A$AP Rocky is equivalent to creating policies aimed at helping black people as a whole? A researched and ongoing policy to help black people? Something that isn't a "one and done" thing but an attempt at correcting a specific bias that has a well documented history of impacting one specific minority? Absolutely they're not equivalent. That's real and worth praising. A one time injection of cash proposed around an election season? That's just more expensive pandering.
