Are you really trying to pretend that helping A$AP Rocky is equivalent to creating policies aimed at helping black people as a whole? A researched and ongoing policy to help black people? Something that isn't a "one and done" thing but an attempt at correcting a specific bias that has a well documented history of impacting one specific minority? Absolutely they're not equivalent.
