Here's a question: To all the people saying the man in this situation has a responsibility to continue to raise the child (and I'm not saying he doesn't)... should the biological father owe backpaid and continue to pay child support? Presumably if he doesn't have to raise his own kid, he at the very least should be legally financially responsible for the child's upbringing, right? Legally?
