We did it years ago and it worked very well and there were no issues The issues were that it was implemented suddenly rather than gradually and that we gave up midway through. Gave up? Lmao, as if the government had any chance of winning prohibition. Nearly fifty years of the War on Drugs has shown thats not what would have happened no matter how gradually it was phased out.
