I'd assume that would be followed by a fine, and likely payment for damage to the vehicle that had to ram your car out of the way.

When it comes to stuff like this, it's best to research the basic laws in your area so you know in the future and can avoid an issue like this, even if you were honestly ignorant to the details of that particular law. People tell them all the time "I didn't know" and they don't care.


might be a town law thing but they're legally allowed to break car window's and run a hose through the driver/passenger seat through the other broken window and fight the fire. driver is legally accountable for the ticket and any other damage that results. heck even some drivers was stupid enough to park in the no parking zone. think management put a note on the car to move it within a grace period or they'll have em towed.
