Topic	15 y/o Kid is ARRESTED after posting on a GAMING FORUM he was gonna KILL PEOPLE!

First of all, kids ARE capable of making rational decisions. They should be given more leeway when they dont, but saying they cant is infantizing them. The boy is 15; not 5. Secondly, 15 is WELL past the age where you should know better than to make jokes about committing mass murder. I dont know what kind of kid YOU were, but my peers & I knew not to say psycho shit like that when we were in grade school. --- I don't hold grudges.
