Putting yourself out there is scary as fuck when you don't have the confidence and it's such a rush when it works out. I used to be like that, and what you've done is the first step to it happening more regularly.
Because if one girl is down for you, then it means more will be too. And that means that you are actually worthwhile to be with and hang out with, which breeds confidence, and means you'll put yourself out there more, and have more success, etc etc.
