She was a very acceptable live interest back in the day because we really hadnt seen anything like Spider-Man before. But today weve seen every type of superhero film imaginable so were a little more picky. That basically sums up the Spider-Man movies as a whole. They were groundbreaking at the time only because noone had done anything like that before. But now we have multiple movies just like that every year.
