Nah, my ancestors would probably consider repayment from someone who wasn't responsible for a crime hundreds of years ago a waste of time. If they wanted blood and compensation, it would have been from the actual culprits...and they're dead. So as a Native myself, I feel the living should not be called to pick up that tab.
