Emperor cant compete story wise due to when it released but i feel his feats are bad ass especially with the added mode where it goes on to show he took over heaven as well. Cauis though I have to say his va really helped me like him. Keep in mind he also destroyed a lot of purgatory as his light side ascended to heaven, which is why that impromptu town was built. Think my favorite bit about him is the manual in atleast the psp version says he sold his soul for power. Then he proceeds to kick the devil off his thrown and rule over hell.
