Topic	Welp our AC just died I think

We were talking about getting a new unit anyway, this one is several years old, the concrete pad it rests on has started settling and tilting and we need to raise it up to fix that side of the house before water just starts eroding the foundation so. Have you guys replaced your filters or had your coils cleaned?
