Topic	I haven't talked to any of my coworkers in 4 years.

Blue collar but it's individual outside work when we're out in the field so I only see everyone at work for like an hour in the morning then some people again at the end of the shift but only for a few minutes. Yeah I still talk to my boss because he tells each worker what needs to be done that particular day and not everyone has the same task. I can understand that. My job sounds similar. I dont mind most of my coworkers but when Im at work I dont like doing the small talk thing, especially when youre not working near them. Just make sure that your coworkers dont dislike you. It makes life way harder if they decide to give you a hard time. Why the fuck should they care about anyone?
