I put it in his name because the state required my name on the insurance to register it, and I didn't want to co-sign on insurance and affect my credit. He ended up getting a DUI and it got impounded and auctioned off, and he hasn't paid me a dime, lol. edit: I paid the credit card off not long after, so that's not an issue --- Phantom Dust.
