That's a rip off.

here's what you need to know: an i9 processor is rarely worth it in a laptop as they typically cannot cool them well enough. One in a 17 inch might be okay, check review sites first.
16gb of ram is fine but most laptops can be opened up and you can put in your own ram. If you're comfortable with this, it's cheaper to buy one with 8gb of ram and just get your own ram and put it in.
SSDs are the same deal, far cheaper to buy a 1tb high quality one for about 150 bucks instead of getting an "upgrade" for like 300 bucks for a mid tier one.

all that really matters is gpu and throttling. Check notebookcheck.net for the model and see how it performs.
Don't bother with a 4k screen for gaming or anything about 60ghz screen

a 2070 or 2080 is recommended for gaming to last about 3+ years. But laptops are prone to lesser lifespans so take care of it.
