In God We Trust is a lame motto that makes no sense in a country without a national religion where atheism is on the rise.

E pluribus unum sounds like shit and In God We Trust is great simply for the "All others pay cash." More importantly, it doesn't specify *which* god and "atheism is on the rise" is a hilariously deceptive claim considering how tiny the avowed atheist population is and how relatively flat the growth has been. Of course, the deceptive practices have grown, where atheists try to claim agnostics and anybody who doesn't identify as a particular religion into their ranks which, of course, is not and never will be the same thing as being atheists.
