Topic	CNN reports a petition to move Halloween to the last Saturday of October.

It sucks how Halloween has to be stretched across a week and the celebrations scattered around, because then people dont get to attend the ones that some of their friends/family are going to, etc. If we make it on a Saturday every year then everyone can party hard and party together on the same night like we do on news year eve.
