I see here what you are saying. But do people fry these when making wings?

when you order chicken wings, you get two different kinds of pieces, one referred to as flats and the other referred to as drums, drumettes or drummies. the flats are the ulna and the radius. the drummies are the humerus. people fry both parts every single time wings are fried, that's what wings are.
