Topic	Ive never seen someone actually use the 'zhe/xir' pronouns

It's absolutely silly to use "they" when referring to a specific individual. In fact, it can be quite confusing. For example: Person A: "Where did they go"? Person B: "What do you mean where did they go" Who are you talking about?" Person A: "Oh I mean where did Ashley go?" Person B: "Oh, Ashley went to get something to eat" Where's Steve? Oh, they're over there.
