If the person you are interested in is financially dependent and engaged or married to the other person then it's definitely wrong to try and have sex with them and steal them away, but let's say he / she is casually seeing someone, or in a turbulent relationship(Of no real fault of their own though), then you're not a complete scumbag for going for it. Also, follow the golden rule when it comes to getting involved with anyone.... NEVER, EVER go after, or accept the advances of a SO who is involved with a good friend or family member.
