Topic	Cop ran a stop sign, caused crash, and arrests crash victim.

Im going solely based off the topic title and posts because I didnt watch the video. I would take a good look at his work history. If his record was super clean and like 0 incidents or complaints.. I would do a major suspension, demotion, and loss of pay. Anything other than 0 in his background and Id fire him.
