It's easy to say, "Oh that's just the world we live in today" or that I'm being a neurotic spouse, but phone addiction truly has created real problems in other areas of his life, and mine. He's lost jobs over it, and I feel like I have to submit requests for sex in writing seven business days in advance so he can pencil in time away from YouTube. Some days it truly is like being the third wheel in some sick relationship between him and his phone. It hits especially hard since I'm the total opposite type of person to begin with; when I'm not sitting in front of an actual computer at my sometimes boring desk job I have no problem falling off the grid completely, not glancing at my phone for sometimes for days at a time. --- Clairvoyant, paranormal enthusiast, author.
