I used to think Charlie because hes the dumbest but he is really mean spirited when he wants to be. I cant remember anything mac has done that's worse then Charlie at his worst.
The big reason I can't say Mac is the least horrible is because he just kind of... Goes along with things and doesn't really care because his morality in the show is usually dictated by pleasing his friends, Charlie especially. :/
Yeah he goes along but his plans are never as bad as Charlie's gets. Charlie kidnapped a leprechaun while drinking paint and looking for his gold. He also played with someone's heart without an ounce of remorse to try to make the waitress jealous. Hes bitten santa in a mall because he thought santa fucked his mom.
I just dont remember mac doing anything as over the top evil.
