hoooo boy I was actually in my mind thinking of a potential FF8 list since it's the only FF I really am invested in, and thought this same thing. I like the list overall a lot, and this is coming from a non-fan of Liberi Fatali, although Compression of Time could probably be something else like Shuffle or Boogie or either of the HMs (or Fisherman's Horizon I'd be down for that too!)

History of the Moon not being in the IN list is kind of a dealbreaker for me though, maybe this is bias of me to say but it's the strongest song in the game in my eyes, even more than Reach for the Moon. Both Voyages is a little bit excessive, but 1969 is definitely a good choice to keep in a potential IN list.

I posted this list in Discord that I had thought about and actually think would be really strong, but is potentially not-a-priority for myself to nominate.

It's in weak-to-strong, but I've seen a few requests to switch up the system from strong-to-weak and change around numbers in the rules to accommodate. Would others want me to do that to makes thinking about things easier and potentially less confusing? I kept it as weak-to-strong since that's how it was historically, but can switch it up especially since we'll likely have a lot of people new to the contest.
