That 1st round pick is very unlikely to convey which means the end result will be that the Magic gave up Simmons (who would have been waived) and 3x 2nd rounders to take a flyer on Fultz Granted it's very possible that Fultz doesn't work out but even if he only becomes an 8th man or so, it's still a good deal ...
