Topic	i have therapist appointment over my anger problem tomorrow. what do they do?

What things are the root of your anger - is it jealousy at other people doing better than you, is it disappointment at not succeeding at things you want to achieve, pressure of expectation from your parents... why ARE you angry? What triggers you? i remember i have been like this since a kid. i have memories as far as pre school, so i don't really know what makes me angry. annoy me on the wrong time i got explosive. my best guess is IED, but i will hold off till i got officially diagonosed Well, why did you punch a calculator? What caused it? i was in a bad mood, a customer was being annoying on the queue and i snapped Well, the therapist will likely keep digging at the roots of these. WHY were you in a bad mood, what things were annoying you? Do you feel like your job makes you feel inadequate? Is there an ego issue in you having to serve customers who feel superior to you?
