That may be a good starting point for you to work with depending on how strongly you feel about your qualifications. Granted, you also need to see the culture of your job and any leverage you may have. In my most recent job, I had a combination of factors that I could use as leverage that allowed me to negotiate a 100% pay bump. But it's not something I could have done had it been with any other company (or even this one at any other time). --- Congratulations!
