i apply
3 months later, don't hear anything, position reopened
i call and ask what happened. manager was unhappy with the pool of applicants (i'll try not to take that personally...)
i try to apply again...but the online system wouldn't let me, saying i applied months ago already
i call again and ask them to accept my previous application or fix their IT
they say they can't fix it again and can't accept my previous application for reasons
they tell me i'll need to apply in person or via mail
i tell them that's unreasonable and i should have the same application criteria as anyone else, who are allowed to apply online
they say they'll get back to me...it's been a week and deadline is on fri
