At any rate, you dont really have much room to demand that they take your application online. Just get them a paper application either in person or by mail like they asked. That seems like a really bad start to applying for a job, since the person you spoke with is likely going to tell the person doing the hiring that you were unpleasant lol as i mentioned, there is a minimum number of people they have to interview. they didn't think they'd be able to make that number while still having candidates that can perform the position. obviously since i have the highest qualifications possible in my field, i was one of the qualified. i'm not a pushover and don't intend to be. there is such a thing as equal rights. you can't just say "you can apply this way" and say to me "you can only apply this way, which is a harder more inconvenient way". --- ...
