Topic	I didn't watch the Dem debate last night, but I heard Biden got curb stomped

Why does "we desperately need to win" always mean that it's progressives who need to cave and not the never Trumpers? Because the socialist-style progressives are a fringe minority that have no chance of winning a national election at this point. If the goal is to oust Trump, the clear path is to go with Biden. If the goal is a moral victory while enduring 4 more years of Trump, go with one of the progressives.
