East Coast is known for having the uptight competitive business aspects Yep, when I had to do meetings at New York accounting firms, everyone was expected to wear the typical slacks, blazers, belt, tie, dress shoes, and a dress shirt. Even executives meeting in LA offices are done in Polo Shirts and Jeans. Though I am getting annoyed that almost everyone I know in my firm offices are wearing those ugly vest jackets.
