If the latter, they crossed a line by mentioning her by name even if not her full name. If the former, that's a really innocuous picture with a really innocuous message that is no cause for outrage. The ad is the text The photo is one I cooked up to demonstrate a fat person and a thin person at the gym I meant the pic on top of the text actually, not the lower one. So they used a direct response to her as their ad? Is she a member? That is kinda shitty if so. They could have left her name out of it and I wouldn't have an issue, but including even just her first name was a dick move. It says it was a mass email... Those tend to include your first name at the top... Okay still dick move not to edit it out She's the one who tweeted the image of the email that they sent her. I don't understand your issue here.
